"This cozy café is located on the second floor, making it ideal for small gatherings. We also enjoyed the Carbonara pasta (or cream pasta), matcha, and latte we ordered. The dish called "carbonara" isn't found in any pre-World War II literature, but it's been mentioned in newspapers, movies, and cookbooks since the 1950s. The chef credited with inventing carbonara is Bolognese chef Renato Gualandi (1921–2016). Gualandi served as a chef for the Allied forces from September 1944 to May 1945. He recalls first introducing the dish in 1944 at a banquet celebrating the Allied recapture of Riccione, using military rations and supplies from nearby villages."

The meat was so tender and rich in flavor—you can really taste the love in the cooking. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
